Your posting asks for someone comfortable across both clinical and administrative work, which is exactly how my current role is built: I room 25-30 patients per shift while managing the recall list that brought back 200+ overdue preventive-care patients last year. I chart in eClinicalWorks, and I've trained two new MAs on our rooming and documentation workflows.
I'm applying to Lakeview specifically because you're a family practice adding pediatric hours. Half my patient volume today is pediatric, so I'm practiced at keeping kids calm for vaccines and parents informed without slowing the schedule.
