A test, not a sticker.

1. 01. We extract the raw text layer

   Your PDF's embedded text, or your Word document's text, read back exactly as parsing software sees it, with the same engine we use to verify our own templates.

2. 02. We run deterministic checks

   Contact info, section headings, dates, and whether the text layer reads back as whole words. Decorative letter-spacing and unusual fonts often shred it. No AI, no guesswork: the same file gives the same result every time.

3. 03. You see everything

   The full extracted text is in the report. If a check fails, you can see exactly why, and if it passes, you don't have to take our word for it.

No checker can promise your resume will pass a specific company's ATS, because every company tunes its system differently. What this test shows is what parsing software can actually extract from your file. That part is not a matter of opinion.

Your file is checked in memory and never stored. If you choose "Fix it in the builder", we send it once through our import pipeline to rebuild it. Nothing leaves the check without that click.
