Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and App Str LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”), the operator of Wynhire (wynhire.com). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Wynhire is an online resume builder. Building a resume is free. Exporting your resume as a plain-text (.txt) file is always free. Downloading your resume in formatted files (PDF, DOCX) requires a paid plan described in Section 4.

Some features use artificial intelligence (resume import, bullet suggestions, tailoring). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete: it is provided as a suggestion, and you are responsible for reviewing and confirming everything in your final resume.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information (in particular a valid email address) and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to disrupt it.

4. Plans, pricing, and automatic renewal

Single Download — $9.95 (one-time)

A one-time payment of $9.95 for one resume download. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing else is charged.

48-hour trial — $1.95, then $24.95 per month

The trial gives you full access for 48 hours for $1.95. Unless you cancel before the 48-hour trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged $24.95 per month — a true calendar month, on the same date each month — until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment: you can cancel at any time, and the same automatic-renewal terms are shown to you at checkout before you pay.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. If prices ever change, the new price will never apply to an ongoing billing period, and we will notify subscribers by email before it takes effect, with the option to cancel first.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel online, at any time, from your account — the cancellation flow takes no more effort than signing up (three clicks or fewer, no phone call, no chat with an agent, no retention hoops). You can also cancel by emailing support@wynhire.com.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, your paid features end and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy (you can export your resume as free plain text at any time).

6. Refund policy — 48-hour guarantee

Every charge is covered by a 48-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact support@wynhire.com within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund it in full — no questions, no forms. Refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, they typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After the 48-hour window, charges for periods already delivered are non-refundable, but you can always cancel to prevent any future charge (Section 5). Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your state or country.

7. Your content

You own your resume. Everything you write or upload remains yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service: hosting, processing (including the AI features you choose to use), rendering, and exporting your content for you. This license ends when your content is deleted. We never publish, sell, or use your resume content for anything other than providing the service to you.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.

8. Acceptable use

  • No attempts to breach, probe, or overload the service.
  • No scraping, reselling, or white-labeling the service.
  • No use of the service to send spam or deceptive material.
  • No reverse engineering of the site or its templates, except where allowed by law.

9. No job guarantee

Wynhire helps you present your experience well. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any hiring outcome. Hiring decisions belong to employers, and results depend on many factors beyond a resume. Statements on the site about typical results or best practices are informational, not promises.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Str LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities (including lost employment opportunities). Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law, arbitration, and class action waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Please read this section carefully. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service that we cannot resolve informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming (hearings may be conducted remotely, or in your home state where the AAA rules so require). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Class action waiver: disputes are resolved on an individual basis only — no class, consolidated, or representative actions.
  • Small claims exception: either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.
  • Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@wynhire.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and the email on your account.

Before starting arbitration, you agree to first email us a description of the dispute at legal@wynhire.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify you (by email if you have an account, or with a notice on the site) before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The current version always lives at https://wynhire.com/terms.
